"Morning Catch" 4"x3" Acrylic on Clayboard

This is how I paint wildlife...I was being stalked by a hungry pelican while I took the reference photos for this piece.  He didn't get breakfast, but I got my photos - light shining through the bucket, fish so fresh they were still squirming!

Extra cool point of view on this, Deb! As to the fish themselves? Well...they look like fish and I am just not a fish eater. So? I'm picturing them and shuddering! LOL Still, you've done another marvelous piece and I love the flotsam/jetsam in the water.
